Lao (5)

We took a break for lunch time at Talad Chao complex, at there they have fast food provide. The price for each dish around 1 US $ ,there are so many kind of foods like noodle in Vietnam style also rice with curry
,so many choise to select.

Then we went to visit That Luang ( Great Stupa )

It was sun shiney day really when we reached this place ,we had to walk through wide open floor then
reached the gate entrance, paid gate fee then entered.

It seemed sun strong wasn't effect to us much upon seeing That Luang...wow..so beautiful golden stupa...

The golden steeple of That Luang looms over Vientiane. This is a national symbol and the most important
religious building in Laos. The present gold leaf stupa is a recreation of the 16th century temple thought to
have been built by the king.
During the That Luang festival in November you can see this stupa at its finest, eleborately decorated in lights. This is a beautiful sight as the afternoon sun dips behind the Mekong and highlights its gold pinnacles.
